I bought my first IQOS 3.0 on January 2019 and have been using it everyday. In Malaysia you an only buy it at Kuala Lumpur at that time.
On 14-Feb-2020, while I am having my heets at 11;30pm, I found that the IQOS 3.0 holder led keep blinking in red, so I try to clean it using cotton buds, only then I found out that Heat Blade in the holder gone broken.
